Elder Thomas E. Babbitt - Missionary Blog

Elder Thomas E. Babbitt (Tommy to all who know him) entered the Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah on April 30, 2008. There he studied and prepared to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for the next 24 months. Tommy is serving in the Colorado Springs, Colorado mission which encompasses about half of Colorado, half of Kansas, and a small part of New Mexico and Oklahoma.

This blog was created in order to share updates about Elder Babbitt's mission and experiences with all of his friends and family. Come back often!

Last week Elder Babbitt was transfered to a new area. Leaving Rye is going to be very difficult for him, although he has a very good attitude and knows that the Lord knows where he is needed most. He made many friends in Rye and truly came to love the area and the people. In every area in which Tommy has served he has had a positive impact and been a great example to the people he has met and served. We know that he will continue to serve with all of his heart for remaining months of his mission.
